I’m Sijin Jeon, founder of SIREAL. I help global productivity and AI products become repeatable work habits in Korea through local proof, community, education, and enterprise adoption. I started using Notion in May 2018. Since then I’ve run its Korean user community, written three books on it, and trained teams at companies, universities, and public institutions as a Notion Certified Consultant and Notion consulting partner. Since 2025 I’ve done the same work for AI products: organizing Cursor’s builder events in Seoul as a Cursor Ambassador and building Korean workflows with new agent tools. I don’t translate or run ads. I find the Korean work problem a product already solves, show the result, and teach it until teams make it part of how they work.

Aug 2026 · OpenAI-sponsored ToyThonSupported operations for ToyThon, a Physical-AI hackathon at Seoul AI Hub. I helped run the budget setup and onboarded participants onto OpenAI credits. Post-event survey: 4.89 CSAT, NPS 85 (62 responses).
Jun 2026 · CursorOrganized Cursor Hackathon Seoul vol.3 with Seoul AI Hub. 166 applicants, 27 teams, and 90% of applicants were first-time hackathon participants. It turned interest in AI coding into people shipping products.
Apr 2026 · CursorOrganized Cursor Eurekathon Seoul, a Cursor-sponsored builder event for developers and non-developers.
Feb 2026 · CursorOrganized the first Cursor Hackathon Seoul. Demand outran seats, so we ran a selective application process.
